Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days for most printing services. We also offer same-day and next-day service for urgent orders (orders must be received before 12:00 PM ET). The turnaround time begins once payment is confirmed and we have all the necessary files and information. Complex projects or large orders may require additional time.

Yes! We offer SAME DAY SERVICE for orders received before 12:00 PM ET on working days. Next Day Service is also available for orders received before 12:00 PM ET. Please note that orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. For best results, we recommend submitting PDF files with embedded fonts and images at 300 DPI or higher. All text should be converted to outlines to ensure proper printing.

You can easily place an order through our website by selecting your desired product, choosing specifications (size, quantity, paper type, etc.), uploading your files, and completing the checkout process. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash, and checks. Payment must be completed before production begins. For check payments, the turnaround time starts once the check has cleared.

We offer both options! You can pick up your completed order at our location on the Modesto Maidique Campus (GC-164). We also provide local delivery options and can arrange shipping for customers outside the area. Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.

Quality is our top priority. We carefully inspect every order before completion. If you receive an order that doesn't meet your expectations or has printing errors, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues, including reprints if necessary.

While we primarily focus on printing, we can provide basic design assistance and file preparation to ensure your artwork is print-ready. For complex design projects, we recommend working with a graphic designer or providing ready-to-print files that meet our specifications.

Bleed is an extra 0.125" (1/8 inch) of your design that extends beyond the final trim edge on all sides. It ensures that when the paper is cut to its final size, there are no uneven white borders around the edges. Without bleed, slight shifts during cutting can leave visible white lines. All edge-to-edge designs require bleed. Visit our Design Guidelines page for detailed specifications.

All print files should be in CMYK color mode. Screens display colors using RGB (Red, Green, Blue) light, but printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) inks. If you submit an RGB file, the colors will be automatically converted and may shift noticeably — especially bright blues, greens, and reds. For accurate color reproduction, always design in CMYK from the start.

For standard print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, booklets), your files should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). For large format posters that will be viewed from a distance, 150 DPI is acceptable. Low resolution files (72 DPI from web downloads, for example) will result in blurry or pixelated prints. Always check your image resolution before submitting.

Quality Print Center prints files exactly as submitted. If your file has incorrect resolution, missing bleed, wrong color mode, or un-outlined fonts, the final print will reflect those issues. QPC is not responsible for print quality problems caused by improperly prepared files. We strongly recommend reviewing our Design Guidelines page and downloading the appropriate File Setup Guide for your product before submitting your order.

Quality Print Center is the only on-campus print shop at Florida International University. We are located inside Graham Center, Room GC-164, on the Modesto A. You can print research posters at Quality Print Center in Graham Center, GC-164. We specialize in large format poster printing up to 48x72 inches for academic presentations, thesis defenses, and conference posters. We offer both standard posters (gloss or matte, starting at $8.99) and rigid foam board mounted posters (starting at $24.99). Same-day service is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Business cards at Quality Print Center start at $29.99 for 100 cards. We offer 14PT and 16PT premium paper stock with options for standard or rounded corners. Same-day printing is available for orders before 12 PM. As an on-campus service, we provide competitive student-friendly pricing.
