Refund & Cancellation Policy

No-Refund Policy

Quality Print Center does not issue monetary refunds for completed orders. If a production error is confirmed on our part, we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost. All reprints are subject to the terms outlined below.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before production begins: A 15% restocking fee applies to the total order cost, plus any fees for services already rendered (e.g., screen setup, artwork preparation).
  • After production begins: Cancellations are not accepted once production has started. Production is considered to have begun when garment manipulation starts, including but not limited to tag removal, printing, hem tagging, or folding.

Claims & Reprints

We go to great lengths to ensure every order that leaves our facility is correct. If you believe there is an issue with your order:

  • All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Submit claims via email to qpc@fiu.edu with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • Orders printed differently from the approved mock-up will qualify for a reprint of the defective items.
  • Quality Print Center is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, spelling, or design elements that were approved in the mock-up.
  • QPC will not reprint orders for shortages that fall within the acceptable spoilage rate (see below).

Under-Runs & Spoilage

Due to the nature of the printing process, a small percentage of items may be lost to spoilage. The following spoilage rates are considered acceptable and are industry standard:

  • Orders of 100+ items: Up to 3% spoilage is acceptable.
  • Orders under 100 items: Up to 10% spoilage is acceptable.

Reprints will not be processed for shortages under 10% of the total order or fewer than 10 items minimum. QPC will refund the per-unit cost of any shorted items but is not responsible for lost profits, shipping costs, or consequential damages.

Changes After Payment

Any changes to an order after payment has been received (that are not due to supplier stock issues) will incur a $50 change fee plus any additional production costs. Please note that changes will delay the order, even if a rush fee was previously paid.

Returned Checks

A $30 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Quality Assurance Window

Upon receiving your order, you have 72 hours to inspect the items and report any issues. After 72 hours, Quality Print Center is no longer responsible for claims regarding order quality, quantity, or accuracy.
